ALL DLC POTS ARE CONVECTION HOT AIR MELTERSdesigned and built to safely melt "soft" materials that liquefy at temperatures up to 250F.  These include candle wax, soy and bees wax, honey, palm and vegetable wax, gels, and soap.

DLC's exclusive airconvection heating system heats evenly and quickly, like a convection oven. Think of it as an "air-jacket melter" -- much cooler, safer, and economical than water jacket melters.

Hot Air Convection Heated to melt 14 to 36 pounds of material

With stainless steel interiors thatare fully insulated and convection heated .A heated drain valve is standard. Temperature is controlled with an accurate adjustable thermostat, and a stainless cover with handle is included.

Heater elements are guaranteed for one year.

Model MPW63

holds 420 lbs (60 gal) of wax.  The stainless interior is fully insulated and convection airheated.  Wenesco includes a cover and aheated drain valve with this model Temperature is thermostat controlled up to 250F.  Operateson 240V.

Inside diameter,24 inches X 32" high. Outside diameter: 42 inches X 48" high including legs.  .

 Model MNW5 Multi-Melter can be used to melt separate batches of product using a main melter with interchangeable pots. The main melter nests the pot just over a thermostat controlled convection heater. The 5-gal stainless steel pot and contents are easily removed from the main melter.

Model MNW5 includes two 5-gallon pots with handles. You may choose 120 or 240 Volts

HEATED HOSEModel HHA6is ruggedly constructed, using a teflon lining and stainless steel braid. The hose is 6 feet long with a light weight gun, made from stainless steel and anodized aluminum.The gun nozzle may be quicky changed for pouring into smaller containers. A built-in thermostat maintains hose and gun temperature.

Model HHA6 is easily connected to any make wax melteror pump using ordinary pipe fitting.
