| Impact-noise insulation sheet for floating floors in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Also suitable under heating floors. MAIN FEATURES Optimum noise deadening action (-33.5 dB) Easy and quick to install Does not deteriorate Highly elastic, lightweight and strong Excellent for heating floors FIELDS OF USE the insulation sheets consists of a 1.5 mm thick sound resilient sheet coupled to 6.5 mm thick non-woven elastic fabric in polyester fiber. The sheet is supplied in rolls measuring 1.05 x 10 m and has a 5 cm overlap allowance without the non-woven polyester fabric. The materials used for this product are able to withstand the loads normally to be found in a building site. Unlike mineral fibers, the synthetic fibers of which the product is made are elastic, and to not crush or break. Thanks to the Velcro effect, the NWF adheres perfectly to the substrate and prevents the sheet from shifting and creating dangerous acoustic bridges, which would compromise the whole job. The sheet must often be used in combination of 6 mm thick "L" shaped adhesive strip made of polyethylene foam with a horizontal side measuring 6 cm and a vertical side measuring 9.5 cm. The Strip should be positioned between the floating screed and all vertical parts, such as walls, pillars, etc. When directly positioned on the floor, with a screed weighing 100 kg/m2, the insulation sheet reduces the noise level (LW ) by 28 dB if used in a single layer or by 32 dB if used in a double layer. 上一篇:Synthetic fiber for cementitious screeds 下一篇:Fiberglass netting with anti-alkaline primer |
